Another Recent File List

Context specific recent file list of the OpenOffice.org. Only the same kind of documents as current document are shown in this menu. Complementation of very old issue.

Extension Package

• OpenOffice.org 3.0 or later.
• Needs Py-UNO installation.

AnotherRecentFilesList-0.1.0.oxt

• 3.1 or later AnotherRecentFilesList-0.1.1.oxt

Installation

1. Start OpenOffice.org.
2. Choose Tools - Extension Manager... from the menu entries.
3. Select "My Extensions" and push "Add" button.
4. Choose AnotherRecentFileList-xxx.oxt package.
5. Restart OpenOffice.org.

Py-UNO

How to check your OpenOffice.org installed with Py-UNO.

1. Start OpenOffice.org.
2. Choose Tools - Macros - Organize Macros.

You can see the "Python..." entry in the Organize Macros menu if Py-UNO is installed correctly. If not, install Py-UNO package according to your distribution.

Uninstallation

1. Start OpenOffice.org.
2. Choose Tools - Extension Manager... from the menu.
3. Expand "My Extensions".
4. Choose "Context specific recent file list." package.
5. Push "Remove" button.
6. Restart OpenOffice.org.

Usage

After installation, "Recent Document 2" menu entry is shown on the menu of following (application). See the screenshot placed on the top of this page.
